Will event waivers be available in advance? Can I pick-up a friend’s ride package?
Our policies require that you sign an official Sea to Sky Trail Challenge Event waiver in the presence of our staff/volunteers at the Package Pick-Up area. In other words, event waivers are not available online in advance. As well, this requirement means that you cannot pick up the registration of another rider (i.e., a friend or family member).
If am unable to participate in this year’s event, can I get a refund? Can I sell my entry?
There are no refunds for any reason.
In the event of injury, scheduling conflict, etc., registered riders can defer their registration one time, to the following year, for a nominal fee of $75 + tax (processing fee included). Alternatively, a registered rider can transfer an event entry to another individual for a nominal fee of $75 + tax (processing fee included).
A registered rider can defer their registration or transfer their registration to another individual up until June 12 at 5 p.m. PST. Please, contact us by email at info@seatoskytrailchallenge.com to request a deferral or transfer.
Please note, deferrals and transfers only include the ride purchased i.e., Sea to Sky Trail Challenge, and do not include any add-ons purchased i.e., dinners, bus transfers, etc.
Do clubs or groups receive a discount?
